I did not event try loading chromeless player into my AIR app, as I knew it is going to cause me problems when it comes to integrating it with Papervision engine. Besides this, I believe it is more a tool than API, and has some limitations, like watermarks etc So I cannot tell you what exactly caused sandbox violation, as I chose completely different way to build this application.

Yes, this is going to be a part of first production release, when the AIR version will have the Full-Screen playback mode. The embeddable web widgets, will have only a preview video of current size. Another feature of the AIR version will be direct video upload to YT service.

YT does not provide an api for video playback, and this is where fun begins. The way to go is the reverse-engineering of the official player

Did you use the youtube api to display yt video in your AIR app?
